So, it didn't work out?
Piximix will accept unused items purchased through our online store for exchange or refund if notified of intent within 10 days of receipt of items.
Here's what you need to do:
- Contact us through our online form and select "order issue". In the message, please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for receipt of a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to place clearly on your return address label. Packages without a number will not be processed.
- Properly package and send back to Piximix LLC, 171 Guerrero St. #3, San Francisco, CA
94103. We will reimburse you for postage if there is a manufacturing defect in our merchandise.
- Please allow up to two weeks for processing of your return. We will notify you upon receipt of your package of expected time and any additional issues.
Hey, a note about sizing issues!
Piximix provides a sizing chart next to all size selectors for apparel on our site. Make sure to read it before ordering. We will not be responsible for return postage if it's simply the wrong size! We'll be happy to exchange it if you send it, though.
